The unique vegan dishes prepared for my husband showcased the chef's talent and care for guests. Walking to town takes about 30 minutes, but the peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings make it worth it. Los Colibris is not just a hotel; It's a sanctuary for those who appreciate sustainability and nature conservation efforts.
